FAQ

Common questions

A Strategy Sprint is a 2-week assessment that produces a roadmap and opportunity map. An Implementation Build is where we actually design, build, and deploy the AI system. Many clients do a Sprint first, then use the roadmap to scope a Build.

No. The Implementation Build includes 30 days of support after launch. You only need a retainer if you want continuous optimization, new automations, and priority support after that period.

Most builds take 4 to 12 weeks depending on scope and integration complexity. We set a fixed timeline in the proposal before starting.

Yes. We can start a retainer with existing systems you already have, or we can do a quick audit to get up to speed. The retainer is designed to be flexible.
